Meeting was held the same evening as the Club Christmas party.

Meeting was called to order. Debbie asked for the minutes to be read from
the last meeting. Randy made a motion the minutes be accepted as posted,
David seconded the motion. Motion Passed.

The Cash flow statements for October and November was handed out to all
present. Sue made a motion to accepted the cash flow statements as
presented. Colette seconded the motion.

Old Business:

T-Shirts, Jeff said he sent out a sample for the shirts and he only got back
one feed back on the design. Several people said they didn't get the
design. Jeff said he would do it again.

Nomination of Officers for 2009

President--------- Debbie Wood

These are the Officers for 2009, no run offs.

Debbie stated we would have to bring in more money in 2009 or we would be
taking money out of the cd to cover expenses. Several suggestions were
made, but nothing was chosen to take action on.

Jeff made a motion for the meeting to be adjourned and get back to the
Christmas party, Randy seconded. Motion passed.

No date was set for the next meeting.
