MINUTES: COUNTRY DANCE CLUB 12/7/2009

 

 

President Debbie Wood called the meeting to order at 9:10 p.m. on Monday, December 7, 2009.

 

Debbie Allen moved that the minutes from previous meetings this year be approved as posted. Karen O’Neal seconded. Motion passed unanimously.

 

Secretary/Treasurer Jeff Wood passed out the treasurer's report. Debbie Allen moved that the reports be accepted as amended. Karen O'Neal seconded. Motion passed unanimously.

 

The new Tuesday night line-up has attracted only minor attendance.

 

Members discussed possibly splitting the rental with the Knights of Columbus. Jeff said he would bring it up at the next Knights meeting.

 

The following were nominated for officers’ terms in 2010:

President: Debbie Wood

Vice President: Terry Luther

Secretary: Karen O'Neal

Treasurer: Jeff Wood

Historian: Debbie Allen

 

Jeff Wood moved that the nominations be closed and Karen O’Neal seconded. Motion passed.

 

Jeff Wood announced a Super Bowl party at his house on February 7. All are invited.

 

Jeff Wood moved that the meeting be adjourned. Karen O'Neal seconded. Motion passed unanimously and the meeting adjourned about 9:50 p.m.
