CDC Business Meeting 10-14-07 Meeting was called to order. No Profit & Loss statement, Jeff Wood – treasurer on vacation and not in attendance. Minutes for last meeting were asked to be read. David made a motion the minutes be accepted as posted. Regena seconded the motion. Motion passed. Old Business: Parking lot. TJ stated he had plans to fill in the holes in the parking lot sometime in November. Garbage disposal was purchased by Terry Luther, he will install at his convenience. Halloween party, October 26th at 7pm. It was set to decorate for Halloween party one night after classes on Monday or Tuesday. Appreciation was given David Forbes for getting water and taking out the trash Appreciation to Debbie Wood for answering the phones for the dance club and getting paper products.
New Business: Christmas party set for December 14th at 8pm. Pot luck, dance club to open coke machine for free drinks. Next meeting December 2nd at 4pm.. TJ made a motion meeting to be adjourned, David seconded the motion Motion passed.
