CDC Business Meeting 6-24-07 Debbie Allen called the meeting to order. She asked the minutes be read from last meeting. David made a motion the minutes be accepted as posted. Debbie Wood seconded the motion. Motion passed. Profit and Loss statements for April and May were handed out to all present. Debbie Wood made a motion the P & L statements be accepted as presented. Brenda Been seconded the motion. Motion passed. Old Business An ad was run in a newspaper selling the old floor machine for $700.00. There were no responses. A new ad will run lowering the price to $499.00. TJ Moore and Terry Luther will work on the parking lot and the hard drive for the computer over the 4th of July break. No trips planned and no one has given any updates on the places that were to be checked out. Sign up sheet to be done for advance lessons. Terry was asked about the tool kit he was to purchase for the dance club. TJ said he would check into a bigger kit and he would pay the difference of what the club allotted Terry to spend for a kit. Lacinda Files new Vice President appointed by Debbie Allen when GerryLynn Applegarth resign as current vice president. Debbie Allen said she had not email the guy in Rogers about the outdoor stage being made available to us to do something. Jeff made a motion to stop the Friday night social dance for the summer till September. Brenda seconded the motion. Motion passed. New Business Debbie asked did anyone have any new business Karen O’Neal said her family would like to rent the building again for their family reunion next year on June 21st, 2008. Building is rented on July 21st. Jeff moved that a garage disposal be purchased for the kitchen. Terry said he would get one, he has the approval to purchase up to 100.00 Next meeting set for August 26th at 4pm. Jeff made a motion meeting to adjourn. David seconded the motion. Motion passed.
